The Northeast Arkanasas Educational Cooperative (NEAC) has a free program for children ages 2-5 called HIPPY (home instruction for parents of preschool youngsters) serving the counties of Clay, Greene, Jackson, Lawrence, Randolph, and Sharp. They provide the family with weekly curriculum packets full of age appropriate activities, supplies, books, and so much more!
