PARAGOULD, AR — The Paragould Chamber Foundation, in partnership with presenting sponsor First National Bank, is thrilled to announce the full lineup and schedule for the 25th Annual Loose Caboose Festival, taking place May 15–17, 2025, in Downtown Paragould.

This year’s milestone celebration promises three days packed with live music, local food, hands-on activities, and family fun, all in support of workforce development efforts across Greene County.
